In autumn 2006 the holding company AVTOBAHN and Co. invited tenders for a project to operate all engineering infrastructure systems of the shopping and entertainment center “Domodedovskiy". In march 2007 FM-CRAFT launched the implementation of this project. Under the contract the company shall provide: integrated building maintenance management, technical maintenance of automation and supervision systems, power supply, ventilation and cold supply systems, sewerage system, water supply system, individual heating systems, lighting, fire alarm and annunciation system, sprinkler fire extinguishing system, and fire line.
The shopping and entertainment center “Domodedovskiy” is a milestone project on the Moscow market of shopping estate. Unprecedented location, original architectural solutions and major key lessees will turn the center into a place where the residents of the densely populated South of Moscow can spend their time and do their shopping.
The shopping and entertainment center is a part of a multifunctional complex comprising a hotel, office center and shopping and entertainment center.
