In March 2002 FM-Craft outbid three competing companies to secure a contract for the integrated technical maintenance of the engineering systems of the Supreme Court of Russia.
Unlike the tenders lodged by the competitors, the list of services provided by FM-Craft for integrated operation of the buildings was the most exhaustive, and the contract value was economically reasonable.
Equipping the Supreme Court
The site is a building of the highest engineering complexity. Its area is 30,000 sq.m. All infrastructure systems installed (over 20) are foreign made and technically up-to-date: They include:
- 6.3 KVA transformer substation;
- Oil-electric engine;
- Air conditioning and ventilation system (TRANE);
- Building management system, fire alarm system (Honeywell);
- Fire extinguishing system;
- Lifts (Shiendler).
