FM-CRAFT entered into a contract for the maintenance of all engineering systems of two phases of the Distribution Center IKEA-Yesipovo.
In winter 2006 IKEA invited tenders for a project to maintain all engineering infrastructure systems of the Distribution Center IKEA-Yesipovo.
Since 2003 FM-CRAFT has handled maintenance of this storage complex. The site maintenance started already in the construction stage. FM-CRAFT not only supervised the entire commissioning of the engineering systems but also successfully maintained the storage complex over two years, proving itself to be a reputable company with a highly professional engineering and administrative personnel.
Having proved its professionalism and reliability FM-CRAFT won the tender in 2006 and concluded a contract on March 1, 2006 for maintenance of two phases of the storage complex occupying a total area of over 110,000 m2.

On February 2006 the contract for technical maintenance of the office building between FM-CRAFT and Philips was renewed. The contract for 2006 includes integrated technical maintenance of power supply, ventilation, sewerage and drainage, water treatment and supply, central heating station, lighting, minor repairs, construction.

We finished the upgrading of the smoke removal and fire extinguishing systems used in the administrative buildings of the Federal Council at: 24-25, Bolshaya Dmitrovka and 19, Noviy Arbat.

On January 1, 2006 FM-CRAFT renewed the contract for integrated maintenance of the Federal Council of Russia. Under the new contract, in 2006 FM-CRAFT will undertake technical maintenance of the fire alarm system and gas suppression system.

On January 1, 2006 FM-CRAFT renewed the contract for integrated maintenance of the Accounting Chamber of Russia. The contract for 2006 includes technical maintenance of the automatics and supervision system, fire safety, refrigerator equipment, gates and furnishings.
