On April 25, 2007 the managing company FM-CRAFT started to fulfill its obligations under a contract for integrated maintenance of all engineering systems of the Retail-entertainment Center Perlovskiy (Mytischi). There are multiplex, restaurants, zones of boutiques, shop "Perekrestok" and bowling in territory of shopping center (the total area more than 17 500 sq.m.)
Our company’s obligations include: Integrated building maintenance management, technical maintenance of automation and supervision systems, power supply, ventilation and cold supply systems, sewerage system, water supply system, individual heating systems, lighting, fire alarm and annunciation system, sprinkler fire extinguishing system, and fire line.
