Since May, 7th, 2007 managing company FM-CRAFT has started realization of the contract on service of engineering systems of a trading-entertaining complex "Shuka".

The building shopping -entertaining center "Shuka" (8 floors) includes the area about 100 thousand sq.m., from which 64 thousand sq.m - an overground part. Underground part- a three-level parking which contains 700 car places. The favorable location of Shopping center is connected with direct nearness to the station of the underground (unlike the nearest competitor – Shopping centre «5 Avenues» on Marshal Birjuzova), as well as nearness to large highways: Volocolamskoe and the Leningradskoe highways, Highway Stroginskoe, MKAD. Duties of the company FM-CRAFT include maintenance and service complex of water fire-fighting system.
