In the end of December, 2008 managing company "FM-CRAFT" won the tender for service of engineering systems in office building "Gazprom Neft" company, Profsoyuznaya street. The total area of the complex is 20 000 sq.m. The start of operation was in 2007. Duties of FM-CRAFT include maintenance service and current repairs of water-sewage system, power and lighting systems, as well as public space and office premises of employees.

The first turn of the warehouse complex put in operation in the end of January, 2008 –it is about 50 000 sq.m.. The planned total area of a warehouse complex including the second and third turn, will be 140 000 sq.m.
