Each customer has its own specific needs. That’s why for each specific customer project we develop an integrated program of services that satisfies the requirements of our Customer.

These are the steps we take before signing the contract:

• At the Client’s request, experts visit the site to be maintained and perform a full inspection of the building;
• The data obtained is analyzed at two levels: that of technical experts and that of management;
• The Customer is provided with an inspection report and offered multiple cooperation options tailored according to the client's tasks and budget.

FM-CRAFT specialists deliver these services free of charge before the contract is signed.

When the contract is signed, a project manager is appointed, who is in charge of organizing all works on the Customer's site. Having as a point of contact the manager handpicked to meet the needs of the Customer’s specific project substantially improves response time and operational efficiency.

In the course of cooperation the managing company FM-CRAFT counsels its Clients on how to improve the site management efficiency and profitability, as well as ensure that all engineering systems of the building operate smoothly and correctly.
